Domestic shipping

Ebony Eminence offers shipping within the United States. Available shipping methods depend on your delivery address and order and are displayed at checkout.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout through available UPS, FedEx, and USPS carrier-calculated services. Review the available methods and final shipping charge before placing your order. Our current domestic shipping setup does not include a free-shipping method.

Fulfillment and delivery estimates

Timing varies by order and shipping service. In a recent sample of 50 fulfilled orders, recorded time from order placement to fulfillment ranged from the same day to approximately 12 calendar days. For shipments with tracking and recorded delivery dates in that sample, delivery was recorded approximately 1–7 calendar days after fulfillment. These are historical observations, not promised processing windows or guaranteed delivery times. A fulfillment record does not necessarily mean the carrier has received the package.

If an estimated delivery date is provided at checkout or by the carrier, treat it as an estimate only. Actual fulfillment and delivery may take longer, including during busy periods or carrier delays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Tracking your shipment

When tracking is available for your shipment, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation or order updates to check its progress. Tracking may not show movement until the carrier receives and scans the package. Not every shipment in our recent records had tracking information, so tracking availability may vary.
